Bookings

All reservations for yachts, exotic cars, mansions, and event packages are subject to availability and must be confirmed by 305 Luxury Rentals. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate information and to abide by the specific terms and conditions associated with each rental category.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by rental type. Please contact us directly for details specific to your booking. In general, cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period may forfeit the deposit.

305 Luxury Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Liability

Clients are responsible for any damages to rented vehicles, vessels, or properties caused during their rental period. 305 Luxury Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or third-party damages that occur during the rental period.

All renters must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Illegal activity or misuse of any rental asset will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
